The Community Services

Manager will report directly to the Director and focus on operationalizing housing programs within the organization. This position involves collaborating with diverse site supervisors, guiding staff development, and implementing effective services for residents. You will create an inclusive workplace grounded in Our Place Society’s values. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of housing program policies
Guide Site Supervisors in effective program delivery
Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation
Cultivate partnerships with external service providers
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of staff Requirements:
At least 3 years of management experience in non-profit
Knowledge of supportive housing frameworks
Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively
Awareness of social issues impacting housing
