Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Support meal preparation for dine-in and catering orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
Serve customers efficiently at the counter or during catering events, providing friendly and qualified service
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards




Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency across all menu items
Collaborate with team members to manage busy service times and special event requirements

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, preferably within the food industry
Solid knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience including use of cooking equipment and utensils required for Indian cuisine
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to Indian dishes is a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
