Montreal, QC — In-person with hybrid flexibility

I’m looking for a Creative Assistant to help with social media, content and marketing across a variety of clients and projects.

The role will mainly involve:
Planning and organizing content
Adapting content for different social media platforms
Researching trends, ideas and references
Developing concepts for posts, stories, reels and campaigns
Helping with a variety of creative and marketing projects

What I’m looking for
Excellent written French and English
Strong knowledge of the main social media platforms and current trends
Autonomous, organized and resourceful
Creative, curious and able to come up with ideas independently
Able to adapt ideas, tone and content to different clients and brands
Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time




18+ and comfortable working professionally with NSFW and adult-oriented content

No specific qualified experience is required.

I’m mainly looking for someone with good ideas, robust creative instincts, curiosity, good judgment and the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Additional skills that are a plus
Canva, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
CapCut or other video editing tools
Photo and video creation using a camera or phone
Familiarity with AI tools for text, image or video

A skilled portfolio is not required. Personal projects, Instagram or TikTok accounts, or accounts you have created or managed are all welcome.

Position based in Montreal’s Gay Village.
Primarily in-person, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.
