Manage the Crossing Guard Program with 200 guards
Oversee Lake Safety Patrol and Lifeguard Services contract




Develop business plans aligned with community needs
Set priorities for safety service delivery
Evaluate community safety initiatives and improve standards Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business or related field
Minimum five years of management experience
Experience managing a budget and unionized workforce
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
