Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and make correct change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling orders, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring cleanliness in the food prep area
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and ensure smooth workflow

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers and working collaboratively
