Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and individual needs
Demonstrate proper technique and form, providing clear instructions and modifications as necessary
Foster a positive, inspiring environment that encourages participant engagement and retention
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and provide personalized feedback
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring safety standards are upheld
Track participant progress and adapt sessions to support ongoing development
Collaborate with team members to promote class schedules, special workshops, and community events
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Pilates instructor with certification in comprehensive Pilates training
Fluency in English; proficiency in French or bilingual capabilities highly preferred
Solid teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants
Excellent communication skills for clear instruction and effective client interaction
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Effective time management skills to handle multiple classes and client appointments seamlessly
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a supportive workplace for all clients
