Our Property Management Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Building Cleaner to join our team on an as-needed basis. The Suite Cleaner plays a key role in ensuring our rental suites are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready for current tenants. This is a on call position - please apply only if your able to be available on short notice.
Responsibilities
Clean and prepare hallways, entrance, windows, garbage removal and rental suites after tenant move-outs and before new move-ins
Perform general cleaning tasks, including laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and surfaces
Report any damages or maintenance issues to management
Maintain company standards of cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications
Previous professional cleaning experience an asset, but not required
Solid attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands-on cleaning tasks
Schedule & Availability
Part Time and on call position with hours depending on tenant turnover
Increased flexibility and availability required at the end and beginning of each month, when most move-outs and move-ins occur
Compensation
Hourly wage based on experience
Casual/part time hours with potential for regular assignments
