Your role will involve assessing students to ensure satisfactory placement and tracking their progress accurately, all during evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:

- Instruct students in Spanish with personalized methods
- Prepare tailored lesson plans instead of following a rigid curriculum
- Accurately assess and group current students based on skill level
- Monitor and report on student progress regularly
- Prep students for certification exams if desired Requirements:
- Spanish language proficiency at C2 level
- Accredited ELE qualification or equivalent
- Experience in teaching to adults in mixed classrooms
- Authorization to work and invoice in Canada
