Drive educational outreach as a Specialist in Outreach and Enrichment at the University of Waterloo. Create programs targeting diverse student groups to foster inclusivity and engagement in post-secondary education. In this temporary, full-time role, you will work within the Marketing and Undergraduate Recruitment team to promote access to education.

Your focus will be on planning, delivering, and evaluating outreach programs in alignment with the Ontario Postsecondary Access and Inclusion Program. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure activities resonate with targeted audiences, helping break down barriers to education. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage key audiences for outreach programs
- Organize events and workshops aligned with curriculum




- Promote programs via multiple channels, including social media
- Maintain budgets and document program activities
- Collect and report metrics for successful initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably from UWaterloo or equivalent
- Proven experience in event planning and execution
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with diversity and access principles
