Develop and manage responses for grievance processes
Handle complaints with the Canadian Human Rights Commission
Facilitate strike preparedness and essential agreement processes
Coach junior advisors on best practices

Significant advisory experience in Labour Relations
Experience in grievance management and CHRC processes
