We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional and courteous manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
Manage cash register operations, including balancing drawers and reconciling transactions at shift end
Provide product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items




Address customer inquiries via phone or in person with transparent communication and active listening skills

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly and confidently
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail merchandising standards
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers positively
Experience with upselling techniques and technical sales, especially related to technology products or demos is advantageous
Multilingual capabilities are highly valued for serving a diverse clientele
