Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
Manage cashier duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and processing returns or exchanges
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products neatly on shelves and displays
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally
Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record keeping




Use effective communication skills to inform customers about promotions, recent arrivals, or technical product details

Skills
Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to connect with diverse customer bases
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or basic math for quick calculations and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques
Strong communication skills paired with excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
Technical sales experience including product demos and upselling strategies
Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and resolving issues efficiently
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining organization
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with organizational skills to support store operations
