Become a key Workflow Coordinator bridging Canadian and Mexican operations. Focus on order accuracy, customer needs, and procedural adherence to enhance productivity across both sites. As a Workflow Coordinator, you will facilitate effective communication and information transfer between CDN Operations and MX Operations.
The role requires you to manage customer order details, modify and monitor orders in Navision, and ensure timely processing of subcontracted requests. You'll also be responsible for tracking kickout orders and ensuring productive resolutions of any workflow issues. Key Responsibilities:
Handle modifications to orders in Navision and SLA systems
Add and update details pertaining to customer orders
Verify data integrity across registered orders
Coordinate resolution strategies for kickouts
Prepare and disseminate performance reports to stakeholders Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented with solid communication abilities
Familiarity with Navision and SLA systems required
Experience in production coordination or support Enhance order management effectiveness in the Canadian and Mexican operations.
