Job Summary

Duties
Prepare a variety of pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate the Micros Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions, including cash handling, making change, and balancing registers at shift end
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations




Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards

Qualifications
Previous food preparation or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume hours
Kitchen or food industry experience that demonstrates reliability and teamwork skills
