Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash disposal to keep all areas tidy and sanitary
Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to ensure high standards of hygiene in restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
Maintain cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly duties
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors
Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or damage




Report any maintenance issues or hazards discovered during cleaning activities to the appropriate personnel
Adhere to health and safety regulations to promote a protected working environment for yourself and others

Skills
Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures in commercial settings
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality control
Robust organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Valuable communication skills for reporting issues or requesting supplies when needed
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
