Join KRRCFS as a Clinical Supervisor to enhance Children's Mental Health services. This 12-month term role focuses on clinical oversight and program management in a supportive work workplace. The ideal candidate will manage clinical staff and ensure programs meet Ministry standards while promoting collaboration with stakeholders.
With a focus on leadership and communication, this position demands a thorough understanding of mental health services. A Master’s degree is preferred, and candidates should be committed to making a difference. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise clinical staff effectively
Manage program development and budget oversight
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies
Engage in public consultations for program effectiveness
Keep accurate and organized program documentation Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or five years' experience
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Required Vulnerable Sector Check and driver’s abstract
