Duties
Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems with speed and accuracy
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company guidelines
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments confidently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and efficient food preparation




Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms, is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating totals accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with food preparation tasks such as assembling menu items or working in a kitchen environment is a plus
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours and ensure timely service
