Lead finance and operations at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights as Chief Financial Officer. This senior role offers a chance to combine financial strategy with a commitment to human rights. As the CFO, you will work closely with the CEO and Board to optimize financial resources and operational needs.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and the modernization of information technology systems that support the Museum’s mission. Your leadership will drive accountability and enhance performance across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction for finance, IT, and operations
Advise on financial strategy and risk priorities
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and compliance reporting
Present data clearly for decision-making across departments
Lead IT modernization and operational efficiency initiatives Requirements:
Chartered Skilled Accountant designation required
Progressive experience in financial leadership
Solid operational oversight in service delivery
Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
Excellent analytical and communication skills Ensure the CMHR's financial health while advocating for equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
