Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly with team members regarding stock levels, customer requests,



or technical issues

Skills
Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Solid communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is highly desirable
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
Organizational skills to manage merchandising tasks efficiently
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
