Columbia Basin Trust is hiring an Operations Manager specializing in Procurement in Castlegar. Engage in procurement management and operational support for the Trust’s facilities. This full time prospect emphasizes problem-solving and organizational efficiency while managing procurement activities and operations.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the procurement life cycle and ensuring competitive sourcing for the Trust's power generation facilities. By implementing best practices, you will help strengthen internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement activities including public tenders
Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships
Facilitate procurement training and activity reporting
Support contract management and vendor oversight
Work with Facilities Manager on office operations Requirements:
Business administration degree or equivalent
At least five years of experience in procurement
Certification in supply chain management a plus
Familiarity with BC tendering processes is advantageous
