In this full time role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, leading the analysis of business needs and the documentation of requirements.

Your five years of experience will enable you to consult effectively with stakeholders, recommending solutions that enhance our applications. You’ll also play a vital role in coaching team members and ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
Document and analyze both business and technology needs
Recommend appropriate solutions based on sound judgement




Plan and execute testing strategies conforming to standards
Offer subject matter expertise during technical designs
Facilitate team member development through coaching Requirements:
Minimum five years as a business analyst in Agile settings
Post-secondary education in Business or Computer Science
Certification as a Business Analyst required
Excellent application and workflow knowledge
