As part of the Water Services Department, you will be a Design Draftsperson I, working on various civil liner infrastructure projects.
This role requires an intermediate level of CAD proficiency and experience in drafting civil utilities drawings. Your contributions will be essential in transitioning designs from preliminary stages to final documentation, supporting sustainable infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Create engineering drawings for water treatment and sewage systems
Conduct layout work for pipelines and related structures
Prepare cost estimates and manage project schedules
Maintain and update “as built” plans for compliance
Assist in field inspections and technical documentation Requirements:
Must have a relevant Institute of Technology Certificate
Knowledge of engineering design principles and drafting practices
