Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior detailing to achieve a spotless finish
Use specialized tools and cleaning products safely and effectively to remove dirt, grime, and stains from both interior and exterior surfaces
Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to management or customers as needed
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining services performed, and ensuring their satisfaction with the results
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained




Follow safety protocols consistently to prevent accidents or damage during the detailing process
Assist with additional tasks such as tire shining, glass cleaning, and minor touch-ups to enhance vehicle appearance

Requirements
Prior experience in cleaning or auto detailing is preferred but not required; a robust willingness to learn is essential
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality results
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in auto detailing is a plus but can be provided through training
Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
