Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals
Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient measurement, topping assembly, and maintaining product freshness




Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space to ensure a secure and inviting environment

Requirements
Previous barista experience or serving background in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar point-of-sale technology
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and order processing
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment as needed
