Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a tidy environment
Dispose of waste properly and replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms
Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to promote health and safety standards
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained consistently
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Skills
Proven custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
