Deliver opioid agonist therapy services, including methadone
Conduct minor ailment assessments and prescribing

Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (Part A register)
Experience or willingness in methadone/OAT
Minor ailment prescribing training preferred
Exceptional clinical judgment and detail orientation
