Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently
Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor polishing, and surface disinfecting
Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the facilities management team
Maintain cleaning logs and record completed tasks for accountability and quality assurance
Experience
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established standards
Solid attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
