Join Hexion Inc. as a Chemical Manufacturing EHS Specialist based in St Romuald, QC, where your leadership will ensure protected and compliant operations across our facilities. This full time role involves providing comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support to multiple chemical sites. You will conduct risk assessments, manage environmental compliance, and lead training initiatives to enhance workplace safety.

Engaging with site management will be key to timely addressing health and safety matters. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field safety inspections and risk assessments
Oversee environmental documentation and compliance
Lead incident investigations to ensure actionable outcomes
Develop and deliver specialized training for staff
Coordinate emergency response and preparedness drills Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant EHS experience
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health or similar
Knowledge of EHS regulations in Canada and the U.S.
English and French proficiency required
