This position emphasizes sample management, diagnostic testing, and reporting, providing critical healthcare support within a structured shift schedule. EORLA is looking for a Clinical Laboratory Technologist responsible for overseeing specimen preparation, testing, and reporting of clinical samples.

Qualified candidates should have a relevant MLT diploma and CMLTO registration. This role will also include staff training and strict adherence to health and safety protocols while managing records effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Manage diagnostic sample preparation and testing
Analyze clinical/test samples and report results accurately




Assist colleagues by training and mentoring effectively
Keep up-to-date records of testing procedures
Work on specific roles as assigned in rotation Requirements:
Completion of an accredited MLT program
Current registration with CMLTO in related specializations
Knowledge of applicable medical laboratory standards
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
