As Clinical Learning
Director, you will be responsible for the design and execution of the Family Medicine curriculum across the MD Program. This leadership role emphasizes Team-oriented Quality Improvement and the application of Competency-Based Medical Education principles. You'll engage with various stakeholders to ensure that educational experiences meet standards and foster an inclusive workplace for all learners. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the Family Medicine curriculum development process
Integrate EDI principles into all learning experiences
Collaborate on assessment frameworks with leadership teams
Lead Year 2 Longitudinal Clinical Learning initiatives
Ensure high-quality community-based learning exposure Requirements:
Must possess an MD and be a member of CCFP
Experience in clinical education and curriculum oversight
Proven leadership in medical education frameworks
Understanding of accreditation standards
