Drive innovation in mental health as a Clinical Informatics Analyst with Ontario Shores in Whitby, on a temporary part time schedule. This role emphasizes optimizing electronic health records to improve patient care outcomes. As part of the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences team, you will report to the Director of Digital Health and focus on utilizing advanced clinical informatics.

By collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll analyze user requirements, facilitate EHR implementation, and provide influential training to healthcare staff on best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate EHR implementation, defining customer needs and workflows
Lead redesign efforts for clinical processes within EHR systems




Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for stakeholders
Champion evidence-based practices across the organization
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and performance metrics Requirements:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Minimum of three years in clinical informatics
Solid skills in project and change management
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
