Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve campus goals, including enrollment growth and academic quality standards.
Lead, motivate, and support faculty and staff to deliver exceptional educational experiences through coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives.
Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring responsible allocation of resources to maximize impact while maintaining financial health.
Foster a positive campus culture that promotes inclusivity, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities management, student services,



and compliance with accreditation standards.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, community partners, and local organizations to enhance the campus’s reputation and outreach efforts.
Monitor academic performance metrics and implement strategies to improve student retention and success rates.

Experience
Proven leadership experience in an educational or training environment with a track record of managing teams effectively.
Demonstrated ability in budgeting, resource management, and operational planning to support organizational objectives.
Robust background in teaching or curriculum development is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of stakeholders.
Experience in strategic planning and executing initiatives that drive growth and improve educational outcomes.
