This role will play a key part in expanding our presence, including evolving our voluntary perks offering, while identifying new opportunities to strengthen our market position.Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll operate as a highly visible partner across the organization, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Distribution to bring new solutions to market and deliver sustainable growth.What You'll DoLead the growth strategy for group and individual insurance lines,



including expansion of voluntary benefits within a broader portfolioPartner across Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop and launch new products and enhancementsIdentify and pursue new growth opportunities across markets, products, and distribution channelsBuild, strengthen, and optimize distribution partnerships and channels to increase reach and performanceDevelop and implement strategies to cross-sell and deepen relationships with existing clientsAnticipate and respond to the evolving needs of plan sponsors, customers, and distribution partnersProvide market intelligence, competitive insights, and performance analysis to inform strategic decisionsEnsure all initiatives align with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesWhat You BringDeep expertise in group insurance within the Canadian market10+ years of progressive experience in insurance, including leadership roles focused on growth, distribution, or commercial strategyProven ability to lead through influence and drive outcomes across product, marketing, and salesStrong track record of building and managing distribution channels and strategic partnershipsExperience translating market insights into actionable growth strategies and product opportunitiesSkilled at influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholdersAn entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build and scale a new or evolving line of businessExcellent communication and presentation skillsLife license (LLQP) or willingness to obtainEnglish is requirement,
