Operations Analyst III – Process Improvement & Transformation About the Role We are seeking an experienced

Operations Analyst / Process Re-Engineering Consultant

to support a transformation initiative focused on improving end-to-end operational processes. This is a hands-on, collaborative role involving process analysis, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and technology-enabled improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in

Finance or Treasury Operations , process optimization, business transformation, or management consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze current-state operational processes, workflows, risks, and controls.

Document current- and future-state processes, gaps, findings, and recommendations.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Develop action plans, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

Monitor progress and proactively identify blockers or delays.

Define and track benefits such as efficiency gains, risk reduction, and improved throughput.

Prepare clear reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Facilitate collaboration across business, Finance/Treasury, and IT teams.

Support process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation to support governance, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

5–10 years of relevant experience

in Finance/Treasury Operations, process optimization, operational excellence, or management consulting.

Strong experience in

process re-engineering, business transformation, or operational improvement .





Proven ability to lead cross-functional process reviews and develop actionable recommendations.

Experience with Finance and/or Treasury processes;

payments processing is strongly preferred .

Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and consulting skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Robust project planning, organization, and task-management skills.

Comfortable working with systems, data flows, automation opportunities, and technology teams.

Proficiency with

SQL and Power BI .

Nice-to-Have Skills

Process mapping and project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Experience with ERP or Treasury platforms.

Workflow automation or system implementation experience.

Data analysis and reporting experience.

Accounting or Finance experience.

Treasury operations, particularly payments processing.

Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, CPA, or related credentials.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
