Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Chef to lead our culinary team in creating delicious Italian dishes that excite our guests. As a Chef, you will inspire your team, oversee food preparation, and uphold our commitment to excellence in every plate served.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
Prepare a variety of authentic Italian dishes with precision and creativity
Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards
Manage daily kitchen operations,



including inventory control and ordering supplies
Train team members on cooking techniques, food safety, and restaurant procedures
Ensure consistent quality of all menu items while adhering to health regulations
Foster a positive team workplace that encourages collaboration and high performance

Skills
Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
Solid skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of Italian cuisine
Extensive food handling knowledge with a focus on safety standards
Leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a restaurant setting
Excellent restaurant management skills including inventory control and staff training
Deep understanding of the food industry, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence
Ability to serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and culinary expertise

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
