Create a protected learning space and manage behavioral triggers
Offer personalized academic guidance and support
Track student progress and provide feedback to educators
Facilitate social interactions and integration among students
Assist with personal health and hygiene needs Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 and Education Assistant Program
Minimum 1 year experience with special needs students
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence
Current Certification in CPI
