Support your community as a Transit Customer Service Operator with the City of Brandon. This casual role involves protected transport of passengers and assistance with transit inquiries. Ideal candidates will possess a valid Class 2 Manitoba driver’s license and at least two years of customer service experience.

You will navigate established routes, utilize transit technology, and uphold safety standards while engaging with the public. Being part of a team is essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Drive transit vehicles following established schedules
Answer passenger questions regarding routes and destinations
Provide additional service via Brandon Access Transit Bus
Adhere to the safety regulations and practices
Address and report any service delays or mechanical issues Requirements:
Grade 12, G.E.D., or Mature Student diploma
Must hold a Class 2 driver’s license in Manitoba
Experience operating vehicles for at least two years
Customer service experience of two years minimum
