You will oversee payroll reconciliation and support site operations through effective collaboration with various teams. This position demands robust attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll processing on a daily basis
Facilitate current hire documentation and electronic filing




Resolve onsite issues in collaboration with team members
Prepare necessary reports for supervisors
Maintain accurate timesheet and employee files Requirements:
Post-secondary accounting education or equivalent experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
