Directly supervise and coach front-line service staff
Develop and implement integrated case management strategies
Facilitate workshops and family-focused initiatives
Enhance compliance with MCFD funding guidelines
Represent Tsleil-Waututh at inter-agency meetings Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work or similar
At least 5 years of experience in child services
3+ years in staff oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems
Background in working with Indigenous communities Lead vital programs and support Tsleil-Waututh families through your expertise in community development.
