Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter/Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction, repair, and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, woodworking, and flooring installation.
Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and tile laying to support various construction projects.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as roofing, siding, caulking, and assembly.
Assist with plumbing and electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Carry out restoration projects including drywall repairs, painting, and general building maintenance.
Support heavy lifting activities and perform rebar installation to meet project specifications.
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:




Proven construction experience with a robust background in carpentry and handyman tasks.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment (if applicable), and other construction machinery.
Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinetry is highly desirable.
Experience with plumbing and electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.
Solid attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Valid construction experience or relevant certifications preferred; on-the-job training provided where applicable.
Must have a reliable vehicle as you may be at multiple locations throughout the day

Pay: $30.00 per hour
