As a Rehabilitation Counsellor 1, you will deliver comprehensive treatment services within the Youth Residential department.

Your role involves assessment, counseling, and case management to address the effects of substance use disorders. You will take the lead in educational initiatives and community engagement aimed at fostering recovery. Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough intake assessments for clients
Develop personalized treatment plans for recovery
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
Organize educational programs and community activities
Engage in team-oriented case management with other services Requirements:
Diploma in Applied Counselling or Bachelor’s degree
At least two years supervised counselling experience
Familiarity with addiction and mental health fields
