About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. This role is a outstanding fit for someone with residential construction experience who enjoys working collaboratively,
continues to learn and takes pride in doing quality work.
What You’ll Do
Frame floors, walls, roofs and decks
Install windows and doors
Install decking
Install stairs
Assemble scaffold
Complete work to Effect Home Builders’ standards
Work collaboratively with the construction team to deliver high-quality work
What We’re Looking For
Experience in residential construction, including framing and/or concrete work
Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
Motivated to continue learning and developing your skills
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Able to provide basic hand tools
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Clean driver’s abstract
