Duties
Develop and implement engaging activities tailored to the interests and developmental needs of children and youth
Provide one-on-one support to individuals , ensuring their safety and promoting their participation in daily routines
Assist with educational tasks, including teaching basic skills and supporting school-related activities
Monitor behavior and intervene appropriately to maintain a positive and respectful workplace
Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans
Support children during outings, recreational activities, and community events to foster social integration
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, progress notes,



and incident reports

Skills
Experience working with individuals, demonstrating patience and adaptability
Proven ability to work effectively with children across diverse age groups and backgrounds
Solid teaching skills to facilitate learning and skill development in a supportive manner
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing challenging behaviors
Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid procedures related to child care

Must have Non Violent Training, Criminal Check, Child Welfare Check, Drivers Licence and Abstract if you drive. Pay: $19.44-$24.52 per hour
