The Client Services

Supervisor will lead operations within a unionized setting at Homes First Society. The role calls for at least three years of direct experience with the homeless community and one year of supervisory experience. You will coordinate efforts to improve service delivery while engaging effectively with other departments and community partners. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff in accordance with the Collective Agreement
Support case management for Intensive Case Management Workers




Oversee staff performance and case plan development
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with agency standards
Manage the city-operated database and reporting systems Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years supporting homeless individuals
At least 1 year supervising union staff
Solid organizational and communication skills
