The Caretaker

Supervisor will be responsible for planning operational strategies, staffing, and maintaining optimal custodial services. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in facility management and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving abilities. You will play a key role in providing high-quality services on campus. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise custodial personnel for effective operations
Assist in budget management and procurement of supplies




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
Develop and manage training programs for staff
Address and resolve customer service inquiries related to facilities Requirements:
Minimum three years’ supervisory experience in facility management
Certification in Pool Operations and Power Engineering
Solid knowledge of custodial processes and mechanical equipment
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
