About the Role:
As our Bridal Sales Manager, you will help brides find the gown of their dreams while leading and supporting our sales team. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every bride who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional, personalized service to brides and their families
Leading and inspiring the bridal sales team
Helping clients select gowns and accessories
Building strong relationships with brides and creating memorable experiences
Supporting sales goals and day-to-day store operations
Maintaining a beautiful, organized, and welcoming sales environment
We’re looking for:
Previous bridal, fashion, or retail sales experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for bridal fashion and helping people
Confident, friendly, and professional personality
Strong sales and customer-service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
