This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and a passion for robotics.Our Success CriteriaLead the deployment of robotic systems at various customer locations, managing all aspects from initial planning to support and maintenance.Achieve a reduction in deployment cycle times through efficient planning and execution, aiming for continual improvement in process speed without compromising quality.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction measured through post-deployment surveys, ensuring that customer relationships are strengthened and potential for repeat business is increased.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand and communicate technical requirements and potential challenges in the deployment of robotic solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.Conduct site assessments to integrate robotic systems with existing customer infrastructure.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support to align project objectives and company goals.Oversee the training of customer personnel on the use of recent systems and provide the necessary documentation for future reference.Monitor and report on the status of deployments, including risk management and mitigation strategies.Manage deployment budgets effectively, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints while achieving all project deliverables.Adhere to all applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements during each deployment,
