Reporting to the Head of Special Projects, the role will manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that our innovative solutions meet both our high standards and customer expectations. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and a passion for robotics.Our Success CriteriaLead the deployment of robotic systems at various customer locations, managing all aspects from initial planning to support and maintenance.Achieve a reduction in deployment cycle times through efficient planning and execution, aiming for continual improvement in process speed without compromising quality.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction measured through post-deployment surveys, ensuring that customer relationships are strengthened and potential for repeat business is increased.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand and communicate technical requirements and potential challenges in the deployment of robotic solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.Conduct site assessments to integrate robotic systems with existing customer infrastructure.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support to align project objectives and company goals.Oversee the training of customer personnel on the use of recent systems and provide the necessary documentation for future reference.Monitor and report on the status of deployments, including risk management and mitigation strategies.Manage deployment budgets effectively, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints while achieving all project deliverables.Adhere to all applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements during each deployment,



ensuring full compliance and documentation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback and lessons learned from each deployment.Your ExperienceQualificationsMaster's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent experienceProject management experience, ideally within the field of robotics or technology deploymentProven ability to manage key stakeholder relationshipsDeep understanding of robotics and system integration in commercial or industrial settingsAbility to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sitesObtained or eligible to obtain work authorization for Canada and the United StatesSkillsStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesFamiliarity with cross functional team project managementExcellent time management and multitasking skillsAdapt to ambiguous situations and generate clarityAbility to analyze and problem solve complex challengesTraitsAbove all else, a consistently positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to create robust solutions to complex problemsCustomer-centric mindsetPersonable and able to work across multiple levels of the organizationOptimistic listening and conflict resolution capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to influence others without authorityEager to take on new challenges with tenacity and positivityPatience, persistence, and attention to detail when resolving performance issuesObsession with bringing human-like intelligence to machinesWorking at Sanctuary AISanctuary AI is an equal opportunity employer; employment with Sanctuary AI is governed based on skills, competence, and qualifications and will not be influenced in any way by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability, or any other legally protected status.
