In this full time role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Loss Prevention initiatives. Your responsibilities will range from training Agents to reviewing exception reports for potential internal theft. You will also conduct store evaluations and assist in the hiring process, ensuring that all loss prevention standards are upheld effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Loss Prevention Programs across assigned stores
• Analyze reports to detect irregularities in cash handling
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members




• Execute quarterly shoplifting blitz initiatives
• Oversee inventory preparations in high shrink stores
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be flexible and adaptable to learning needs
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to travel within the district
