Insight Global is partnering with a leading Canadian cooperative to hire a Finance Director for a multi-year ERP transformation initiative. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for leading the Finance workstream through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and supporting future phases of the program as it evolves.The successful candidate will serve as the key Finance leader within the transformation program, driving process design, testing, cutover activities, go-live readiness, and adoption across the business.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end Finance workstream for a large-scale ERP implementationAct as the primary Finance subject matter expert throughout the transformation lifecyclePartner with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and external vendors to ensure successful deliveryOversee finance process design, system testing, cutover planning, and go-live executionDrive continuous process improvement and finance transformation initiativesManage relationships with systems integrators, implementation partners, and third-party delivery teamsSupport agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and prioritizationPresent project updates, risks, and recommendations to executive leadershipRequired Qualifications5-10+ years of progressive Finance leadership experienceMinimum 5 years of experience at the Director, Controller,
or equivalent leadership levelProven experience leading a Finance workstream or serving as a senior Finance SME on a large ERP implementationDemonstrated ownership of ERP design, testing, cutover, and go-live activitiesDeep expertise across:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Cash & Bank ManagementFixed AssetsCost AccountingBudgeting & ForecastingTreasuryExperience working within Agile delivery environments and sprint-based project frameworksExperience managing systems integrators, vendors, and third-party implementation teamsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsCompensation:$150K - $180K per year + full advantages packagesExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
