In this role, you will provide patient-centered care, engaging with diverse patients across Sobeys’ pharmacy locations. You will implement care plans, facilitate therapy education, and ensure secure prescription practices while keeping up with industry trends. Your expertise will drive workflow efficiencies and enhance the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional care with a patient-first approach • Counsel patients on therapy options and health assessments • Create and follow up on individual care plans • Collaborate on health services with pharmacy colleagues • Ensure safety protocols are met in prescription management
Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution • Licensed in good standing as a Pharmacist • Certification in Injection and First Aid required • Experience with Kroll software is beneficial • Knowledge of current pharmacy regulations and trends
